To provide this resource for employers, we create an online skills profile for each of our candidates. These profiles are then routinely reviewed and searched by potential employers and recruiters. When they find a profile of interest, they click on it to view your blinded resume (for your confidentiality). Since our system is proactive on the employer's part, you get access to jobs before they are even advertised. You are contacted as soon as the employer determines a need for your skills. Employers come here first so they won't have to deal with a deluge of resumes - they can simply search for what they need when they need it. To take advantage of our candidate listing service, follow these steps: 1) Certify your skills. This is a key step in promoting your skills above all the other candidates competing for your job. Our employer partners come to us as a resource for prequalified candidates. They then specifically search on those candidates who have completed these tests as a method for screening talent quickly. Please browse the tests available, many are free, and take those certifications applicable to your skills and interests. This provides exposure of your resume to all of our affiliate recruiters and increases your opportunity to find the job for which you are looking. 3) Review the current jobs available. If you find a job that interests you, you can apply for the position while reviewing the job posting.
