Coaching Team Guidelines Confidentiality - privacy of team members is absolute, and participants agree not to share details of each others life outside the team meeting, especially in a manner that might identify the source. Discussion about other team members confined to team meetings Emotional Safety - all emotions and judgments must be owned; respect and compassion are expected and practiced Listening - participants agree and are coached to be fully present and listen with full attention and focus on the speaker Attitude - participants agree to bring a positive attitude to the group Group Focus - on future goals, problem solving, personal growth Support - participants agree to be supportive and supportable Storytelling - is kept to a minimum as time is precious Flexibility - Team is flexible and responsive to needs of team members Timeliness - meetings start and end on time Attendance - regular, timely attendance is required Commitment - initial 2 month commitment is required, followed by a minimum one month’s notice of termination to the team. Expulsion - team or coach may expel a member at any time for violation of these guidelines.

Group Coaching involves a group of people working together, committed to each other's success. The group works together in very concrete ways; it is not a group of people sitting around listening sympathetically and nodding their heads. This format works especially well for people who feel isolated, such as job seekers, entrepreneurs, executives, small business owners, etc.

Furthermore, If you've participated in one of my FREE Job Search Support Groups or perhaps taken one of my workshops, you may have found yourself excited about the class content and it's application to your life, you may feel bonded with other participants, and more comfortable with the idea of coaching. The thought of this support ending and then going out there on your own can be scary!

By taking part in Group Coaching, you can get help implementing your goals and overcome barriers to doing so. Through the group, you and your partners become committed to each other's success, and your team mates can provide wonderful feedback and support much more effectively than what you may be getting now from friends or family.

Group Coaching Program Format

The Group Coaching Program consists of eight weekly one-hour sessions where each member checks in with the group about their activities, successes, failures, frustrations, and progress toward meeting their goals (approx. 15 minutes per person). During the discussion, I will guide each member of the group through the process of designing career and business strategy, so that each person can:

• Turn their passions into the work they love and be excited about going to work everyday.
• Explore how their personal life and chosen work can support the expression of their natural gifts.
• Feel acknowledgment and recognition for their talents.
• Get paid well for what they enjoy doing.
• Gain more energy, resources and time for what they enjoy.
• Achieve bigger and better results in all chosen focus area of their life.
• Evaluate choices, make better decisions, and gain more fulfillment.
